In this workshop you will learn Heartfull™ Meditation snacks to focus and centre the mind. You will be able to turn the story in your head around. With yoga postures (asana) you are guided to bring this centred state into the body using alignment and movement. Opening the body is a way to release stress from the cells.

Hi, I am Nicola Moberg (500-H Purna Yoga instructor). I am personally trained by the great yoga master Aadil Palkhivala who was a lifelong student of BKS Iyengar. I also teach yoga for pregnancy, postnatal and call myself a birth motivator. For the love of sharing yoga from a heartful place, I teach workshops and classes at my studio in Helsinki and around Finland.
